Internet TV through Windows 7 Media Center

1) Problem: Internet TV does not appear as a selection in the TV section.

2) Close WMC.  Delete all files & folders in c:\programdata\microsoft\ehome

3) Re-run express setup in WMC.

A) Setttings

B) General

C) Windows Media Center Settings

D) Run Setup Again

(Make sure you do the "Express" setup, not the options.)

4) Initiate a download by clicking on Recorded TV and then actually view the Landscapes movie by playing it.

5) Now, when you exit from the Recorded TV, the guide will then appear and maybe even Internet TV

If still no internet TV selection, then:

6) Open up a CMD window, right click on it and Run as "administrator" 

And run the update commands as listed below.

cd c:\Windows\ehome
start /wait mcupdate -u –nogc

7) Go through steps 4-5 again.
