71		If you are not in a big hurry for your movie transfer project, just send it along and we will put you in our job queue based on the arrival. If you want to schedule a Target Start Date, click here. We will need a nonrefundable $50 deposit to hold the date.  I have NOT setup a target date and I  realize that you are very busy and I will be put in the Job Queue based on the arrival of my order. Please do not use this form to request a delivery date. That is not possible. If you need a specific delivery date, you must call or email and make sure we can deliver before that date.  Larger jobs will be billed incrementally as the job progresses and disks sent out. Final payment will be due when the final disk is received. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Please read carefully. You have specific legal rights and limitations: Be sure to back up your film, photos, tape or project, if applicable, before you send your originals. Customer acknowledges that materials submitted to Old Photo are NOT copyrighted. By depositing your original with Old Photo customer acknowledges and agrees that Old Photo's liability for any loss, damage or delay will be limited to the replacement cost of new cassettes, discs, unexposed film or other original submitted of similar size and quality. If original unexposed media is no longer available, substitute current media will be an acceptable replacement or an equivalent monetary sum not to exceed one hundred dollars. Except for such replacement Old Photo shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of customer's use of Old Photo's service. All movie film transfers are processed through our specialty lab which usually does not but may require couriering your films, usually via FedEx or Priority Mail. All items sent must be numbering in the order they are to appear. Also include your name, project title, music choice and contact information. Orders estimated at $100 or more will require a deposit of one half of your estimated total. Any copyrighted music will be added on the customer's behalf and is for their personal use only and will not be publicly displayed. Client fully indemnifies Old Photo and holds Old Photo harmless.  NOTE: You must fill out a current Order Form. Do not send old order forms. Print out a new one from the web page when you are ready to ship your order. It is assumed that you have read and understand our FAQ page.
