Outlook 2003 Email Data File Restore

Restore Outlook Data file:
File. Open. Outlook data file. Find it and open it. It might be "Outlook.pst"

Now you will have more than one set of mail folders. Have to get rid of the other set unless you want to keep it.

Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Outlook Data files, you will see that the default data file is the one that came with Outlook install. Can't delete it.

Need to go back to Tools, Email accounts, and select a different delivery location.

Tools, Email accounts, View or change existing email accounts, Deliver new email to the following location: Pull down the menu and select the one you want. If they both have the same name, select the bottom one.

Restart Outlook.
Then:
Tools, Options, data files. and remove the mail account you do not want to have.

Problem after I have a problem that I have had before where there is no Send / Receive button in Outlook.
Figured it out. MS says that the button will appear once an email account is set up within Outlook. That did it. Made movie of that too. Email settings folder in "F:\instructions\Outlook Outlook 2003
