Please Clean Your Paper Photos!!

We can't emphasize this enough: Go over your paper photos, front and back, with a very soft cloth before stacking them. We do NOT clean your paper photos before scanning. We see lots of photo scans that would look much better if the person had cleaned them off. Even light dust on the paper photo will reflect the scanner light back at the scan and result in "white spots" on the scan.

Sometimes, dust may come from glue that is used to fasten the photo to an album page. In these cases, you should brush the dried glue off the back of the photo, also. At our low prices, we cannot be responsible for dust on your scans.

Basically, all you have to do is get your photos into stacks and number the stacks. We will scan the stacks according to the order that you specify on the stacks: 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

Then we will Photoshop edit each one to make sure the color is pleasing. Then we will create a DVD slide show disk that you can watch on your big screen TV and it will have a menu item for each "stack" of photos. The images are also stored on the disk and can be pulled off onto your computer, if you want. There is no extra charge for the slide show or our music, if you want it.

Gather your photos together and put them into stacks. Each stack would be considered as a "show" or "chapter" on your disk.
