Project Security
We at Old Photo understand your concerns about the
safety of your precious 35mm slides, photos, negatives, 3d Stereo
slides and medium format film. We want you to know that we take all
possible precautions to handle all your valuable and irreplaceable
media items just as if they belong to ourselves. All projects are
stored in our humidity and temperature controlled media room before
and after scanning.
Once we receive your order, it never leaves our facility until we
ship it back to you. Our highly skilled technicians are all USA
citizens. Your job is tracked with its own unique bar
code so that we know where it is throughout the conversion process.
Once your project is complete, all your original materials are
returned to you by a secure, trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx,
or the USPS.
Old Photo can proudly reassure you that, after four years of
service, we have never had an item
lost or damaged within our shop or in shipment from
us. We have also never had a customer lose a shipment
sent to us in all this time.
We also, at no extra cost to you, keep
archive copies of your disks just in case your disks are lost or
damaged, in the future, and you need a duplicate made.
Your boxes of slides or photos may be bar coded but you are not just a
number to us.
We are also proud of the fact that we have never had a customer that
was unhappy with our dedicated, personalized service. This is not
just because of our excellent
scanning process but mainly because of our dedicated Photoshop
experts who take pride in their work and treat your scanning project
as if it were their own personal scanning project.
