Shipping Information

If you are sending photographs in an envelope, always include, at the very least, one piece, or better yet two pieces of corrugated cardboard to make the package unbendable. Even if the photo is mounted on mount board, this will not provide adequate protection. This method will offer maximum protection without adding too much to the weight. We would recommend using a box instead of an envelope. A box would just be more sturdy.

Once again, the absolute safest way to ship your photographs is by FedEx. Instead of spending extra on more insurance than you need, spend your money on the most reliable shipping method.

Packagers like Mail Boxes Etc. and PostNet do an excellent job of packing.

We only want you to pay what it will cost us to return your pictures and your DVD Slide Show disks. Once you send the package, you will know how much it costs. You are lucky if you are close to a UPS or a FedEx manned office, your shipping costs will be lower. We, unfortunately, have to use the PostNet service. They tack on their own service charge to each shipment. It runs about $5 over what you would pay at a FedEx or UPS station.

Want a FedEx return shipment? Include a completed FedEx Airbill with your slide scanning order. Make sure to bill shipping charges to your FedEx account or your credit card on the FedEx Airbill. You can send it along and we can put it on your return shipment package.
