- We only bill for what we scan and the images are easily counted. For RUSH orders, you should count exactly before shipping.
- Print the Order Form Out and Sign it
- Make sure you put down an email address that you check because this is how we will communicate with you.
- Send the Order Form with your order
- We need the information on the order form.

This is the form most people will use. Use this form if you just have normal, "Family type" 2x2" slides and paper photos to scan. Includes 110 films in 2x2" holders as well as 126, 127, 828, Half Frames. |
