How to Use These Order Forms

1. Fill it in online. If you don't know your exact quantity, estimate — don't pay in full.
2. We only bill for what we scan. For RUSH orders, please count exactly to avoid refunds.
3. Complete the contact info at the top of the form to proceed to the next step.
4. Use an email address you check — that's how we'll communicate.
5. Finish page one and click the green button at the bottom.
   
6. On the next page, click "Lock My Prices." A copy is emailed to you and to us.
   
7. Print your copy and include it with your shipment. You're not committed until you send your order.

Drop-off orders also fill in an online form so you'll know your costs in advance.
