How to Use These Order Forms

1. Fill it in online. If you don't know your exact quantity, estimate — don't pay in full.
2. We only bill for what we scan. For RUSH orders, please count exactly to avoid refunds.
3. Complete the contact info. We ONLY use it to contact you.
4. Use an email address you check — that's how we'll communicate.
5. Read the terms of service page and Submit. You will receive an email summary of your order
6. Print your copy and include it with your shipment. You're not committed until you send your order.

Drop-off orders also fill in an online form so you'll know your costs in advance.
