The photo restoration and retouching displayed on these pages had to be done because the owner of the photos, unfortunately, dated his photos with an indelible marking pen. He marked the photos on the backs and thought that he was doing a good job. He didn't realize that, when he laid the photo with the still wet ink on the back, down on the previous photo, the ink would offset onto the front of the picture it was on top of. Just about half of 2,000 photos were indelibly ruined.
That is where our PhotoShop® experts stepped in and did the Photo Restoration or Photo Retouching after the photos were all scanned and digitized. As we say "we do have some magic but miracles take a little longer." If you have some photos that you would like restored, you can send them to us and we can scan them and restore them. Another option that we give you is to scan them yourself and upload them to our FTP site. We need you to notify us before you upload so that we can tell you how we need you to scan them. You may have some
family or genealogy photos that need
to be restored. All photo restoration

Old photos can become damaged in many
ways. Some are faded or cracked from
age or heat or because of improper
storage and other photos become torn,
folded or stained by rough handling,
or even mildewed. These and other

Mail us your photos or upload
scans of your pictures (minimum 300
dpi) or mail a disk and a specific
description of what you would like
done with the photo. We will send you
an email with a firm estimate to
complete your photo restoration
project. Our prices are very
reasonable and your satisfaction is
guaranteed. Some companies say that
their one price covers all, but do you
think that they are going to spend two
hours restoring your photo when you
are only paying for half an hour? We
don't think so. You will be getting a
rush job that may not be worth
your money. Consider that you will get
what you pay for. Our prices are fair

a very good job with your photo
restoration project.
- Just scan your photo at, minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch), regardless of the size and as RGB (true color) output.
- Then save as JPEG, jpg, "high" quality setting IBM PC Format. Use the highest quality possible.
- You can then upload your photo restoration project to us or put it on a 3 1/2 floppy disk or CD and mail it to us. We accept many formats of storage: Zip disk, CD rom disks, DVD disks and floppy disks. TIFF, Zip, and most other image file formats are also acceptable.
