Sometimes urgent events can’t wait. Our expedited option moves your project to overtime scheduling so your slides or photos are scanned as quickly as possible.

What “Expedited” Means

We allow our technicians to work overtime—at overtime pay—to process expedited jobs. This places your order ahead of standard workflow using paid overtime hours.

How to Request Rush Service

  1. Fill in the order form and check the box for RUSH Service.

  2. Enclose a check to cover the full cost of your order along with the completed Order Form.

  3. We will bill you for return shipping at actual carrier cost, plus the labor required to prepare and ship your package. You may also include your own prepaid shipping label.

  4. Please be accurate with your slide or photo count so you don’t overpay. Our order form estimates project cost based on your counts.

Pricing & Payment

Because expedited orders are produced on overtime, overtime rates apply and payment is required up front. This ensures your job can be scheduled immediately.
