Step #1: Fold and cut paper to hold 5 slides

Step #2: Make two paper slide holders and combine

Use two thin sets to keep the mailing thickness under 1/4 inch. Over 1/4" enters a higher USPS category.

Step #3: Mail your slides with the order form

Place your slides and printed order form in a standard business envelope and take it to the post office. Done right, it should cost only ~2 oz First-Class postage.
