Quick checklist
- Group photos by event or year and place each set in a separate envelope.
- Use sticky notes or sleeves for labels—avoid writing on the backs of prints.
- Keep curled or fragile photos flat between card stock; do not laminate.
- Remove photos from albums only if safe; leave glued or delicate items in place.
