Controlled Storage Before and After Scanning

All projects are stored in our humidity- and temperature-controlled media room before and after scanning. This protects films and prints from warping, sticking, or environmental damage while they’re in our care.

In-House Processing Only

Once we receive your order, it never leaves our facility until we ship it back to you. Our highly skilled technicians are all U.S. citizens, and your job is tracked with its own unique barcode throughout each step of the conversion process.

Secure, Trackable Return Shipping

When your project is complete, we return all original materials using secure, trackable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or the USPS—so you can follow your shipment home.

Free Archive Copies for Peace of Mind

At no extra cost, we keep archive copies of your images for emergencies (for example, if your discs are ever lost or damaged and you need a replacement). We can't guarantee we will always have them because everything fails eventually. You should be backing up your images to as many mediums and places as you can.
