“Thick” 35mm Slides (Hand-Scanning)
Some slide mounts are thicker than standard cardboard mounts. These cannot run through automated feeders, so we hand-scan them one by one to protect your film.
Costs for Thick Slides
Because thick slides must be hand-fed, there is an additional $1 per thick slide charge. Please note the number of “thick” slides on your order form so we can plan the workflow accurately.
